In the spring, she teaches Tax Crimes: Investigations, Prosecutions and Penalties at the University of Washington School of Law. The class focuses on awareness of seemingly innocent conduct that can result in legal violations.  Ms. Flanders is a frequent lecturer on federal tax updates and has lectured on various other tax topics.  Cori Flanders serves as the President of the Washington State Bar Association Tax Section for the 2013-2014 term.. She graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in economics and received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. She also received her Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law, from which she graduated magna cum laude..
