Attorney Bryce L. Rader. Bryce L. Rader, a shareholder of the law firm, practices primarily in the areas of estate and disability planning, including clients with special needs, trust administration following death or disability and probate and guardianships.. Experience. With a law degree and a Master of Health Administration from the top health law program in the nation Mr. Rader began his career in public service with the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners.  While with the Board he dealt with complex health care issues and assisted in redrawing state health law.  Mr. Rader then worked for the Governor's Office, Consumer Health Assistance. As Deputy Chief Ombudsman he represented the interests of citizens before health care providers, state legislators and other state agencies.  He is a frequent lecturer on such topics as Revocable Living Trusts, Disability Planning, Probate, Guardianship and Trust Administration.  He currently serves on the Nevada Planned Giving Advisory Council, on a planning committee of the Northern Nevada Estate Planning Council and on the Advertising Committee of the State Bar of Nevada.  In 2014 Mr. Rader achieved the honor of receiving the prestigious AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell.. Education. Mr. Rader earned a bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1996. He then went on to earn a law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law and a Master of Health Administration from the Saint Louis University School of Public Health in December 2000. He is a member of the Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, WealthCounsel, the Academy of Special Needs Planners, the Northern Nevada Estate Planning Council, and the Washoe County Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Probate and Trust law section of the state bar and a founding member of the Probate Bar Association of Washoe County.. Personal. As a fourth generation Nevadan Mr. Rader has an intense love for his native state and its surrounding environs. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys backpacking and fishing and volunteering his time with his church and the Boy Scouts of America.  He is a proud father of three children.
