I've served as Vice-Chair of the Nevada State Bar’s Northern Nevada Disciplinary Board and I was a member, for many years, of Nevada’s Medical Screening Panel and Nevada’s Revised Jury Instruction Committee. I was also the long-time Chair of the Nevada State Bar’s Consumer Protection Committee.. Nevada's my home and I'm happy to be here. I was born and raised in Reno, Nevada, and I am committed to serving this community. I graduated from Gonzaga University in 2001 with a degree in Public Relations and a women's golf scholarship. I obtained my law degree, cum laude, at Seattle University. While in law school, I worked for two small businesses, a boutique employment litigation firm and a small family law firm.. After graduation, I practiced law in Kirkland, Washington for over two years in the areas of real estate, business, and estate planning. I moved back to Reno with my husband in 2007 to return to my hometown and to be close to family. Since returning to Reno, I have practiced law all over Northern Nevada, serving the needs of small businesses and families and gaining valuable experience in the areas of business, real estate, family law, wills, trusts, probate, and litigation..
