He received a Juris Doctorate and a Masters of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law.. During law school, Mr. Areshenko was a Literary Citation Editor for the Journal of the National Association of the Administrative Law Judiciary.  In 2012, the Journal published his article, “Business Roundtable v. Securities and Exchange Commission: The SEC's First Big Shot at Proxy Access in the Shadow of Dodd-Frank” (32 J. Nat’l. Ass’n. Admin. Law Judic. 719).  Mr. Areshenko also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Barry Russell of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.  In addition, he completed externships with both the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and the Ventura County Public Defender’s Office..
