TODD W. I have more than 20 years of experience with Washington State Workers' Compensation claims. I have represented injured workers for the past 10 years.  What sets me apart is that I spent 10 years before that representing self-insured employers, so I know what they can, and cannot do, and I know how to work with them when that is more helpful than litigation. I have taken cases through L&I, BIIA, superior court and the Court of Appeals..
