Jeremy J. Schroeder was born in Sacramento, California. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1999, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2002. He practiced workers compensation subrogation at Coleman, Chavez & Associates until returning to a full spectrum litigation practice, with a focus on railroad litigation, at Flesher McKague LLP in Rocklin, California in October 2012. In December 2015, Mr. Schroeder joined the newly formed firm of Flesher Schaff & Schroeder, Inc. as a shareholder..
