Jeremy J. Schroeder was born in Sacramento, California. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1999, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He practiced workers compensation subrogation at Coleman, Chavez & Associates until returning to a full spectrum litigation practice, with a focus on railroad litigation, at Flesher McKague LLP in Rocklin, California in October 2012. In December 2015, Mr. Schroeder joined the newly formed firm of Flesher Schaff & Schroeder, Inc. as a shareholder.. Mr. Schroeder’s practice has involved a broad based civil litigation practice, including both tort and business matters on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants.
