My law practice commenced in 1979 and since then I have spent a great deal of my working hours handling and resolving disputes, most often regarding real estate and/or business matters, and most often by way of litigation in the state courts.. I have a small personable practice with relatively low overhead which means lower fees. We accept Mastercard and Visa, and you can be billed in some instances on a contingency basis (where debt is fixed and defendant has sufficient funds), on a step by step fixed basis (e.g. for an answer to a complaint, demurrer) or hourly.. I can be easily reached at any reasonable time including weekends and return phone calls promptly.
