After spending 27 years as a full time local government attorney, I now have a part-time legal practice known as Catten Law, P.C.   My practice is limited to elder law issues such as medicaid / long term care / health care planning, performing services as a hearing officer or Administrative Law Judge, and negotiation and/or drafting of contracts and related transactional law.  My "part-time" practice doesn't mean I won't work hard for you - it just means that I don't take on a lot of clients.  Also, I don't maintain a physical office - so I'm happy to meet with you at your home or wherever is convenient for you.  Evening appointments work fine for me if they work for you.  I'll work around your schedule as much as possible.. After practicing family law for the last half decade, I have learned a lot of things.
