Doug Marks graduated Summa Cum Laude from Brigham Young University in 1997 after serving as Senior Editor of the Law Review there.  Doug worked for 13 years in the Sandpoint firm Elsaesser Jarzabek Anderson Marks & Elliott, where he served many local companies at outside counsel, including Coldwater Creek, Bonner General Hospital, Unicep Packaging, Panhandle State Bank, EPIS, Northern Lights, and many more.  He also did a great deal of corporate bankruptcy work and civil litigation during those years.  He currently serves as of-counsel partner in the Kunzler Law Group in Salt Lake, which is a 29-attorney full-service firm serving business clients across the country.  He also serves many local clients in the Sandpoint area with their estate planning needs.
