I began my legal career as a prosecutor for Canyon County handling hundreds of criminal cases at a time. I have an enormous amount of courtroom experience due to this. Whether was is a jury trial or a court trial, I did it all as a prosecutor. Then I switched to being a civil prosecutor for Ada County. I drafted contracts, litigated civil cases on behalf of the county, and learned the intricacies of how the law applies to local governments. I also began my career in employment law with Ada County. I filed documents with the Idaho Human Rights Commission and conducted interviews with county employees trying to discover any misconduct that could expose the county to risk.. I have now decided to take the next step in my career and open my own practice. JKM Law Group, LLC is dedicated to personalized legal services with great communication. A client should never feel like "just another case". My clients are fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, sons, and daughters. They deserve to be treated like people rather than a number in my intake calendar.. If I'm not at work, I am probably on the ice at Idaho Ice World with my hockey team. If I'm not there, I am at the park with my wonderful family enjoying the outdoors and soaking in the sun.
