Daren was born in Provo, Utah. He attended Brigham Young University on a Presidential Scholarship and graduated from the University Honors Program, cum laude in 1991.. Daren majored in political science and was nominated as a Truman Scholar Nominee, a Scholastic All-American, Member of the Golden Key National Honor Society, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. While attending college, he was actively involved in a variety of intercollegiate organizations and community service activities. Daren received his law degree from the University of Texas at Austin.. Daren is married to RaeBeth Barney and is the father of one daughter and four sons. Bryan’s practice concentrates primarily on civil and appellate litigation, employment law, and real estate development.. Litigation. Bryan represents businesses and individuals in a broad spectrum of litigation matters—from commercial contract disputes to land use claims.  His litigation practice primarily consists of defense work, with an emphasis on defending governmental entities in constitutional, civil rights (42 U.S.C. § 1983), employment, personal injury, and land use matters.  To that end, he has extensive experience with issues involving Utah’s Governmental Immunity Act, as well as state and federal constitutional matters.  Although he works out of the firm’s St. George office, Bryan regularly handles cases throughout the State of Utah.. Bruce was inducted into the College of Community Association Lawyers in October 2012. Bruce was the Founding Partner of Jenkins Ronnow Jensen and Bayles in 1997 and continued until 2010, when he became the Managing Partner for Vial Fotheringham SG, LLP. During the years 2006-2008, Bruce was also In-House Council for a developer of properties resort and high-end communities. Bruce has been an expert witness on developer duties in the common interest communities. He began his law career in St. George, Utah as an Associate for the Law Firm of Snow and Jensen, P.C. I graduated in the top 10% of my class from the J. Rueben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, in 1988. I was lead articles editor for the Brigham Young University Law Review and upon graduation became a member of The Order of the Coif. After graduating from law school in 1988, I joined the national law firm of Kirkland & Ellis (“K&E”), in Chicago, Illinois. When K&E opened an office in Los Angeles, California, I moved to Los Angeles to help open the Los Angeles office of K&E. While at K&E, I represented such clients as Hughes Aircraft, Dunn & Bradstreet and Motorola. In 1992, I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and in 1993 started my own law firm.

Anthony McMullin is the managing attorney of McMullin Injury Law.  Anthony has lived in the St. George area since 1981 and graduated from Dixie High School in 1999.  After obtaining degrees from both Dixie State College and Southern Utah University, Anthony made the decision to attend law school and ultimately obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University..
