Ben’s focus is to help his clients to become fully informed of the options that are available to them.  He uses many graphics and examples to demonstrate in a clear and easy to understand manner the many legal options available to his clients.  He is glad to answer the same question as many times as necessary because he feels it is vital that the client understand various aspects of estate planning sufficiently enough so that they can make an informed decision of what they want to do.  Ben has a unique way of making complex legal concepts understandable.  Prior to establishing The Connor Law Firm, Ben spent many years as an executive with such notable companies as Tiffany & Company, Xerox and Merrill Lynch. Ben focuses his efforts on Living Trusts which provide asset protection for a surviving spouse and future generations.  Ben is experience in drafting the very famous IRA Beneficiary Trust (a powerful new approved Trust which is designed to protect your retirement assets after you pass away).  Ben’s varied experiences have equipped him especially well to view, anticipate and counsel his client’s on their opportunities and challenges. Ben is licensed to practice law in Utah and Arizona. He is a member of WealthCounsel - a nationwide collaboration of trust and estate planning attorneys dedicated to client service and continuing education. He is a founding member of WealthCounsel Advisor’s Forum - an interdisciplinary group of advisors who work together to develop processes and procedures to serve estate and business planning clients. Ben received his Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University and was inducted into Kappa Tau Alpha, a National Scholastic Honor Society. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from California Western School of Law.
