I am passionate about providing each client with the best estate plan for your unique situation, whatever that may be.  I will listen carefully to you and what your wishes are.  We will discuss options and decide upon a plan that minimizes taxes, avoids probate and makes sure that your hard-earned estate will be distributed according to your wishes.  My clients often tell me that the process is much easier than they anticipated.. I can assist you with a review of your existing estate plan and make suggestions if updates are needed due to changes in your circumstances, desires, or the law.. I can also provide you with help if you are administering an estate or need help with a probate matter.. I have lived in Utah most of my life.  I graduated from Highland High School in 1975.  I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Speech Communcations from the U of U.  I had two children when I graduated from the University of Utah College of Law in 1986.  I had two more children after law school. I love living in Millcreek near the beautiful Wasatch Mountains.. I look forward to assisting you with your estate planning.
