“We care about you”. Do you really think any law firm would advertize or have a mission statement that they don’t care! Here is another interest tag line.. “Experienced and Professional” I have never seen an ad or mission statement that we have no experience and we are unprofessional. For Pete’s sake, lawyers are all professionals licensed by the Missouri Bar. Likewise you will see words such as “aggressive”, “compassionate” “serious” or statements such as “no recovery – no fee”, “we can help”, “Quality Legal Representation” and of course the always “free initial consultation”.. Every person and every case are different. There is no cookie cutter method of handling personal injury cases. I know that there are hundreds of lawyers in the metropolitan area who “handle personal injury cases”. Our goal is to provide you with the most information possible to help you understand how the system works and if you choose to hire my firm to advise you and keep you informed throughout the process. We want to make certain you have all the information to make the right decisions for you and or your family starting with the basics:
Three words are repeatedly used by clients to describe me -- down to Earth. When you contact my law firm, you will meet with me, the attorney who will handle your case from beginning to end. I can also come to you whether you are in the hospital or at your home. You will be given my cell phone number and e-mail address. We will make it our business to get to know you and what your specific needs are.. You will never be just a file number or a case to us. As challenging as this experience may be for you and your family, you can rely on us to give you the compassion, help and support you deserve. I not only have legal experience. I have life experience.. I am prepared to put my many years of legal experience, knowledge and courtroom skills to work for you. Your goals become our goals.. I am a lifelong resident of St. Louis, and grew up near the white water tower on East Grand Ave. I graduated from Rosati-Kain High School in the Central West End. After marrying my high school sweetheart and while raising a family, I attended the University of Missouri St. Louis (UMSL) and graduated Summa Cum Laude.. Since graduating from St. Louis University School of Law and receiving a Juris Doctor degree in 1992, I have been in private practice representing injured persons in Missouri, Illinois, and the Federal courts. It is the only type of law I have ever practiced or wanted to practice.. Paralegal Nichole Faust and I have worked together as a team for over 15 years. We get to know our clients on a personal basis and focus on their needs and goals. Our clients and their families have been injured physically and/or emotionally as a result of someone else's negligence. We treat clients with "small" cases the same as those with "big" cases. Cases are "big" to those going through them. Nichole and I never lose sight of that fact.. My trial experience began very early in my career. My first trial was before a St. Louis jury -- two weeks after passing the Missouri Bar Exam. From that day on, I have relished the challenge of convincing jurors to return verdicts in favor of my clients. I have never taken a case to trial without fully believing that my client deserved the compensation I requested from the jury or judge. An attorney who once argued against me in court stated that I was not a lawyer. He said rather that I was a "pit bull with jewelry." I took that as a compliment.. Over the years, there has been a trend toward taking a case to mediation before it is tried in court. For most of my clients, mediation has been a positive experience and oftentimes avoids the risk and stress of a trial for them. However, I want my clients to know that from the time I take their case, I have an eye toward taking it to trial if necessary. The cases in my firm belong to my clients, not anyone else. With guidance from me, the clients decide whether or not to accept a settlement or go to trial.. When away from work, I enjoy spending time with my husband of almost 40 years, my two daughters and seven (so far) grandkids. I am very involved in my Parish and community, love motorcycles, building/remodeling and scuba diving.

His firm represents clients from across the St. Louis region to across the country in state and federal court in the areas of personal injury catastrophic injuries, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, bad faith insurance claims, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, employment discrimination, civil rights, and criminal defense. Mr. SanFilippo and his firm are dedicated to achieving only exceptional results for their clients, protecting the rights of the individuals, and upholding the highest standards of practice of the legal profession.. We stand on our reputation for always achieving a successful outcome for our clients and for our unwavering commitment to only highest standard of quality in our legal work. We strictly represent individuals and, occasionally, small businesses against large corporate defendants and/or their insurance companies who seek to thrust legitimate and meritorious claims into litigation at the expense of their insured customers. We do not ever, under any circumstances represent insurance companies, corporate defendants, or large companies. We proudly serve the St. Louis community and plaintiffs throughout the State of Missouri and across the United States.. Mr. SanFilippo studied history at Miami University before earning his Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law. The St Louis personal injury and accident lawyers at The Dixon Injury Firm believe in providing the most valuable legal services to Missouri residents: Grade-A Representation. Dixon Injury Law’s practice areas include personal injury law, product liability, car accident, and truck accident claims, workers compensation benefits, or other injury claims you or a family member may be facing. Between our resources and years of experience, The Dixon Injury Firm is prepared to represent you in your injury claim on the path to a successful recovery.. Message from the owner:. “I dedicate my practice to helping injury victims, as well as the families of those wrongfully killed, fight for the full reimbursement of their harms and losses. I have been blessed to walk beside injury victims from all walks of life and ensure they receive significant compensation for their loss, despite the efforts of the insurance industry to pay as little as possible.. I have seen almost every tactic in the book used by massive insurance corporations in their constant attempts to place profits over people. It is unfortunate that those injured through no fault of their own must again worry about protecting their personal injury case immediately after an accident. We fight to make sure your case is protected while you focus on your path to recovery.. As an aggressive Trial Lawyer, I have gained the experience necessary to hold those responsible for their actions accountable. It is disturbing to me that the insurance industry has the public scared of making claims in fear of increased insurance premiums. Insurance is not something designed to allow insurance companies to make billion dollar profits while hard working people make timely monthly payments. Insurance is a contract that is paid for in order to help out when unforeseen circumstances happen. Don’t be bullied into settling for less than a full recovery.. After an accident, injury victims are often faced with growing medical expenses, lost wages, future medical treatment, out of pocket expenses and numerous other accident-related damages. While injury victims are stuck in the hospital or without transportation, the insurance company is busy gathering evidence which is favorable to their side of the case. It is important that personal injury victims have someone in their corner gathering evidence on their behalf. Those injured by another should immediately consult with an accident lawyer to make sure they are informed of their legal rights.. As an injury lawyer, there is no upfront fee to hire us to fight for you. We work on a contingent fee contract, meaning we are only paid if we win. There is also no cost to speak to me after an accident, so enjoy our free consultation and make sure your case is protected. I am here to serve and truly enjoy helping the injured.”
The law was once considered an honored profession. I believe that it still is, and was blessed to study at one of the nation’s finest law schools, the Washington University School of Law. After working for several of the Midwest's most respected and talented attorneys I founded The S.E. Farris Law Firm. Our focus is on the needs of injury victims and their families.. Spencer has been the lead or supporting trial attorney in cases involving defective baby seats, dangerous drugs, defectively designed automobiles and airplanes, medical mistakes, nursing home neglect, discrimination, motor vehicle crashes involving motorcycles, semi-trucks and passenger vehicles, falls and work related injuries. Currently helping clients with injuries due to exposure to dangerous drugs such as Vioxx, and asbestos related injuries.. When you hire our firm, you meet the attorney who will be with you throughout the legal process. You won't be "passed" around the firm as your case progresses. We approach our cases as a team, and you have the benefit of our teamwork when your case is ready for trial. We understand that your only case is your most important case!. Since we are by design small, we don't advertise tens of thousands of clients "served." In order to give you the personalized attention you deserve, we are selective about the clients we choose to represent. Once we have chosen each other you can depend on honest, prompt answers to your questions, professional expertise, and dedication.

John Page is a Missouri personal injury lawyer that handles serious injury and death cases. A highly respected member of the St. Louis legal community, John has been honored by lawyers and judges with Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Peer Review Rating. This ranking — the highest a lawyer can earn — is given to an attorney whose peers have deemed him or her a “Preeminent Lawyer.” Page practices exclusively in the discipline of Missouri personal injury law. He represents people who have been injured in:. John Page has achieved phenomenal success in helping individuals and their families through some of the toughest times of their lives. Personal injury victims typically suffer both physical and emotional damage, and the injury affects every single area of a victim’s life.. Page loves his job and loves to help people. He limits his practice to cases that deal with serious injury or death. This allows him give each client the personal time and attention they deserve. “Although processing a high volume of cases can produce financial results for a law firm, that approach is not for me and does not reflect my values.”. A significant amount of time and money is typically spent on each case. Page works with the experts from many different fields to prepare the best possible case for trial. A good example of this would be an expert that could explain to the jury why someone was required to have a spinal fusion because of a ruptured disc after a truck accident. Since that is not common knowledge, it takes an expert to explain this.. The experts that we work with are commonly in the fields of trauma surgery, life care planning, neurology, toxicology, orthopedics, economics, accident reconstruction and spinal surgery, to name but a few.. Representing personal injury victims in Missouri is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding disciplines in the practice of law. “I love what I do,” Page says, “and when someone loves what they do they are typically very good at it. My past results speak volumes about my passion and dedication to my profession. My clients regularly refer their family and friends long after their cases have concluded. During a significant injury case I become friends, lifelong friends, with my client.”

I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. I attended Westminster College and graduated with a degree in Sports Management and Marketing in 2014. I then attended St. Louis University School of Law and earned his law degree in 2017.. After law school and passing the Missouri Bar, I began my legal career practicing Family Law. The five years I spent litigating domestic cases gave me a look at some of the hardships clients are facing when they need an attorney. Helping my clients navigate through the emotional and financial stresses of divorce or child custody matters gave me an understanding and appreciation for what it takes to make a positive difference in a client's life. My experience handling such hardships allows me to relate to and effectively communicate with clients who are physically injured. I have the experience and the empathy to better understand and represent the voice of my clients, whose injuries are leaving them faced with many physical, emotional and financial uncertainties. It is an honor to represent my clients and give them a voice in the courtroom.. When I am not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, especially my wife and daughter. I also enjoys playing golf and rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues, Tennessee Titans and Notre Dame Figthting Irish.
