We are a boutique litigation firm located in the Capitol Hill area of Denver, Colorado. We primarily specialize in civil litigation, defending individuals and businesses who are being sued in civil cases. My practice is divided between defending those individuals and businesses who find themselves as defendants in civil law suits, and representing insurance companies who have paid claims to and on behalf of their customers for losses caused by some other entity. Imagine a fire caused by an electrician or some other subcontractor on a residential or commercial project. Our insurance clients pay for losses caused by the fire, and then hire us to try and recover from the responsible party. As a lawyer, working half the time defending somebody or some company which is being sued, and half the time as a plaintiff, pursuing cases against a responsible party to recover money which the insuarance company properly paid on a claim, we have a unique view of both sides of the litigation process. It is quite helpful to know and understand both sides of the civil litigation "fence." We also represent seriously injured people who need zealous advotates. We are quite selective when it comes to personal injury cases, but our experience working on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants has been helpful to our injury clients. We represent injured individuals on a contingent fee basis.

I have been practicing law in Colorado since 1996. I fight hard for my clients, and fervently believe in what I do. I have never been a prosecutor, and am a defender to my core. When in law school, I interned with the Colorado Public Defender's Office. I chose to go into private practice because I do better with fewer cases, and can devote myself more fully to a case. I have significant experience litigating personal injury cases and take great satisfaction in obtaining strong outcomes for my clients. I am always happy to answer questions, and if I can't help, I'll try to refer you to someone who can. Please feel free to call me.

When asked how the experience has affected him, Keith states:. "I suppose some of the more valuable lessons I learned from my ordeal help me relate and empathize with clients. Most people do not understand how vulnerable and terrifying it is going through a serious accident. Unless you have been through it, it is very difficult to comprehend the worry, self-doubt, and frustration that accompany serious injury. I think many people take for granted the ability to work and earn a living for their family until it is taken away. In my case, I was a hair away from not being able to do the job I truly love." - Keith
