Bailey VanNatta is a native of Fort Worth, Texas. She graduated from Baylor University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Legal Reasoning and Analysis. Bailey then attended Baylor Law School, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 2022.. During her undergraduate studies at Baylor, Bailey was a member of Baylor’s undergraduate moot court team, winning numerous awards throughout her time on the team. Bailey also served as an officer for Baylor’s Pre-Law Society and International Justice Mission chapter.. While at Baylor Law, Bailey completed Professional Tracks in General Civil Litigation and Family Law Practice. Bailey joined Watts Guerra in May 2020 as a Law Clerk and worked for the firm throughout her second and third years of law school. In addition to her studies, Bailey served as an officer for Baylor Public Interest Legal Society and Phi Alpha Delta and was also a member of the Student Wellness Organization. During her time at Baylor Law, Bailey completed Baylor Law’s rigorous Practice Court program, giving her the necessary litigation skills and experience to represent Watts Guerra clients.. Bailey is very dedicated to pro bono service. She completed over 150 hours of pro bono and public service work during law school. Bailey was involved in several law school clinics, including the Baylor Law Veterans Clinic, the Estate Planning Clinic, and the Trial Advocacy Clinic. In 2021, she was awarded the Veterans Clinic’s Boots on the Ground award as the Baylor Law Student with the most significant contribution to the Veterans Clinic. Alongside her clinical work, she served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children who had been victims of abuse and neglect. She also completed a year-long externship with the American Bar Association helping create online free legal help solutions for those in need.

Austin started with Grable Grimshaw Mora PLLC as a law clerk in March 2020. He joined the team as an associate in November 2020. Prior to joining the firm, he interned for the Honorable Justice Sol Casseb III where his passion for the law grew. He was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He attended Alamo Heights High School and moved on to Texas State for college. After graduating from Texas State University cum laude, Austin pursued his law degree from St. Mary’s School of Law where he graduated with honors and recognition. When he is not working, Austin brings his passion for people to help those with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and donates his time to the cause.. Austin enjoys sports, spending time with his family, his wife Jackie, and dauschund Rocky.
