Kyle H. Barrick is an attorney whose practice focuses on estate and business planning. He is a former Associate Professor at the University of Utah and a member of the Estate Planning and Elder Law Sections of the Utah State Bar. He graduated from the University Of Utah College Of Law as a William H. Leary Scholar (Top 20%). Mr. Barrick has worked in the Tax and Revenue Division of the Utah Attorney General’s Office and as an attorney for one of Utah’s oldest estate planning firms. After starting his own firm in 2002, Mr. Barrick has prepared thousands of estate plans for his clients. He is a volunteer with the Wills for Heroes program providing free basic estate planning documents to first responders and is the current volunteer attorney at the Heritage Senior Center in Murray, Utah.
