For the last several years, he has been identified as a leader in the worker’s compensation field by several peer review publications such as Super Lawyers and Top Attorneys of Southern California. He is a member of the United States Supreme Court and has appeared numerous times before the California Courts of Appeal and has argued twice before the California Supreme Court.. In addition to representing injured workers before the Worker’s Compensation Appeals Board for the last 20 years, Russell has handled personal injury and County Disability retirement claims. He was privileged to have worked with his father, Allan S. Ghitterman. They laughed, argued, and ate lunch together for many years. His father was his mentor and hero. Born and raised in southern California, Carolyn has always had a strong sense of justice and a passion for advocacy. After graduating from the University of California at Santa Cruz, Carolyn joined the Teach for America program and taught high school in the underserved community of Richmond, California. She then attended Georgetown Law School in Washington, D.C. where, among other endeavors, Carolyn was a member of the Wrongful Conviction clinic and worked as a research assistant for the Street Law clinic. Now back home in sunny California, Carolyn is devoted to fighting for the rights of clients at the Law Offices of Daniel K. Benjamin P. Feld is a law partner with the firm Ghitterman, Ghitterman & Feld. Mr. Feld has been representing injured workers since 2002, providing his expertise in the areas of Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability and third party litigation services.
