Since Ms. Keenan was admitted to the California State Bar in 1999, her legal career has been focused entirely on divorce, custody, and support issues. Margaret England is a native Californian who has resided in Santa Rosa since January 1990 with her husband and their two sons. Margaret grew up in Southern California graduating from California State University Fullerton. Margaret attended law school when her sons were babies graduating in 1993 from Empire School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1994.. Margaret began her solo practice as a Family Law attorney. She then worked for a large Santa Rosa Law Firm, establishing 5 years’ experience with a large Law Firm, before returning to solo practice in 2001 to become more available for her husband and now adult sons. Margaret is devoted to her community and actively volunteers in several local organizations.. It is two beautiful grandchildren that have changed the focus of the England Law practice.

I love living and practicing law in Sonoma County! I have been practicing law since 2002. I grew up in Novato, CA and attended Santa Rosa J.C. then transferred to Arizona State University studying English and Political Science for upper division and then staying for law school, but I always knew I would return to the Bay Area after law school. I enjoy all aspects of litigation, but my favorite part of practicing law is the research and writing. I enjoy exploring Sonoma County and Northern California with my husband Steve. I love traveling near and far when I can (trying to get at least a few days of Snowboarding in each season), but also enjoy weekends at home with movies or a good book.
