Before forming The Noblitt Group, Mr. Noblitt practiced at some of the most prestigious law firms in Texas and the southwest, and was a partner with the largest law firm in Arizona.  He is experienced in the acquisition, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property rights domestically and internationally, and served five months in Japan as a liaison to a Japanese firm. Mr. Noblitt also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Arizona State University College of Law.. Mr. Noblitt’s background includes broad-based intellectual property counseling, patent preparation and prosecution, trademark and copyright registration, trade secret and trade dress protection, technology transfer, and related litigation, licensing, and counseling.  Mr. Noblitt also regularly provides support for corporate transactions, such as financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and perfection of security interests.. I am a certified real estate specialist in Arizona and a partner at the Radix Law Firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. I am licensed in both Arizona and Nevada. I have been practicing law since 2000. My practice primarily focuses on real estate (transactions and litigation). But I work with and advise small to medium sized companies on all aspects of their businesses..
