In addition, she chaired the Judicial Appointments Committee for the Arizona Women’s Lawyers Association from 2006-2008. She has also volunteered in numerous other community legal programs such as the Volunteer Lawyers Program, Wills for Heroes, the State Bar of Arizona’s Mentor Program and the Maricopa County Superior Court’s Student Courthouse Experience.. Ms. Kercsmar is from Fargo, North Dakota and moved to Arizona in 1987. She and her husband both practice law and work together.
