Jim earned his undergraduate degree in Sociology, with a minor in Native American Studies, from Western Washington University in 1996. Jim earned his law degree from Western State University College of Law in 2005, graduating summa cum laude and valedictorian of his class.. I consider myself lucky to have spent a career in a field to which I was attracted as a child, and which still provides me with plenty of reasons to look forward to going to work each day.
