I regularly represent clients through negotiation, mediation and litigation in claims of harassment and discrimination and retaliation. I also handle severance and employment contract negotiations. I am also building a mediation practice and welcome such referrals. Finally, I am fluent in Spanish and welcome referrals of Spanish speaking clients.
