His practice emphasis is employment and labor law, personal injury, business, probate and real estate litigation. He has served as a judge pro tem and arbitrator for the Snohomish County Supderior Court, fee arbitrator for the Washington State Bar Association, and volunteer attorney for Snohomish County Legal Sevices. In addition to published appellate cases, he is an author and speaker in employment law practices.
