A few questions

Location: Washington, USA. I’m 17, and my parents recently split, not legally. My mother and father live separate. Me and my little brother live with my mom. I am no contact with my dad, and my little brother sometimes sees my dad. My first question, how much would a divorce cost with the actual divorce, custody, etc? And, what is the likelihood that my mom would have to pay alimony even if my dad says he doesn’t want it? She makes more than him, but still not a crazy amount. She’s really stressed about that. Second question, how does a custody case work? My dad was emotionally/mentally/verbally abusive to me and my mom, and all of that + physically abusive and neglectful towards my little brother. My little brother can’t really vouch for his own stance because he’s nonverbal. I also have memories of non-contact CSA with my father, but I have no proof. Do I tell them? What questions would they ask me? Would they ask me questions on behalf of my brother? Can I speak about the abuse without definitive proof? Can I show them texts? And if I can tell them these things, will they actually listen to me? If there’s any other questions, please ask, and I’ll answer if I can.
