Washington State Child Support question

Location: Snohomish County Washington State USA Hello all. I have been divorced for 3 years. Per our parenting plan, my ex is supposed to talk things over regarding medical care for our 12 year old daughter. She does, however she seems to purposely go outside of my insurance network to get care for our daughter, in order for me to have to pay more. (This isn't the place for a deeper dive, but please know this is historically proven). I am on a VERY tight budget with rent, bills, child support alimony etc. As of today I have been given paperwork by the Division of Child support from my ex claiming that I am not paying my share of the costs. She is correct in this regard as I have been unable to secure a loan in order to facilitate my end. I have already talked this over with the medical provider and am making minimal payments regarding this matter. What is the purpose of her having DCS give me paperwork, telling me something I already know? It's being worked. I simply do not have the finances on hand to instantly resolve this debt and am working with the provider. My payments have been on time (they are automatically pulled from my check from my employer). The divorce absolutely wrecked me financially to the degree I was living at families places, an RV and finally only recently got a home to rent. I am not made of money. Do I have to go to the court to show my financial situation to get her off my back or is this something I have to deal with? Is there any lee way I have with my financial situation and payment plan with the provider to please stop with the incessant paperwork? I am trying to do my best, get my credit score back up so I can secure a personal loan and get my end paid. She knows this, yet persists with the paperwork. We have 50/50 custody. I got out of the RV to get a house to ensure my daughter has a roof over her head with me. When I don't have my daughter, I'm working insane hours of OT to meet the court ordered obligations. I am getting burnt out and feel this is getting ridiculous. TL;DR - Can I go to the court to show my financial situation, get the numbers temporarily lowered for a bit to allow me to catch up? What legal standing do her and I have. Am I in the wrong and will things get worse? Should I anticipate further action? What more can she do? I simply do not have the funds. I'm trying my hardest and burning myself out to make all this work. Thank you
