Following a five week jury trial in the United States District Court in the Western District of Washington, the jury awarded my client $6.37 million for damages sustained as a result of the general contractor’s failure to perform its contract obligations. The decision in General Metals of Tacoma, Inc. v. Bean Environmental, LLC was upheld by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in November, 2008.. I was named to Super Lawyers from 2006 – 2008 by Washington Law & Politics magazine, and in 2003 was named one of Seattle’s Top Lawyers in construction law by Seattle Magazine.
