I am an attorney and partner at the law firm of The Apex Law Group, LLP, and have been practicing as an attorney since 2005. My legal practice is focused within the areas of business law, social enterprise, securities, and corporate governance. Within these areas I handle matters ranging from transactional work to civil litigation and government investigations. I am an active member of the Washington State Bar Association and the King County Bar Association. From there, I went on to the University of Washington and later to Seattle University School of Law. I am an avid Husky fan and enjoy following all of the professional sports teams in the Pacific Northwest, especially the Sounders. In my free time I enjoy golfing and hiking in the Cascade Mountains. I love the Puget Sound region and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.
