A former record holder in the 200 backstroke at Washington State University, Ms. Goetz is still an avid (albeit slower) swimmer, and enjoys gardening, gourmet cooking and downhill skiing in her spare time.

Marc Winters’ practice encompasses a wide range of real estate and business transactions, predominantly involving the financing, acquisition, development, management, restructuring, and disposition of commercial real estate projects and branded assets.
