Sean is an Associate Attorney for the Seattle office of GLP Attorneys. He graduated with a BA from University of Washington in March, 2004, and received his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law in December, 2015.. Mr. Scheer has a thriving litigation practice and focuses on complex and commercial litigation. He is admitted in Federal and State Court, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a trial lawyer. He has tried cases in admiralty, collapse, coverage, construction, breach of contract, construction defect, property insurance, bad faith, civil forfeiture, subrogation, personal injury, criminal prosecution and professional and products liability. He has tried multiple wrongful death cases to verdict, and many other catastrophic loss trials.  Mr. Scheer tried to verdict one of the very first fully virtual jury trials in the country, during the COVID 19 pandemic, and has since tried several additional fully virtual jury trials to verdict.   Mr. Scheer was both trial and appellate counsel in Cunningham vs. State, 61 Wn. App. 562 (1991), Schwindt vs. Lloyd’s of London, 81 Wn. App. 293 (1996) and Seattle Pump Co., Inc. vs.  Traders and General Ins. Co., 93 Wash. App. 743 (1999), all of which established new law favorable to defendants and insurers in the state of Washington. Among other reported cases, Mr. Scheer was also both trial and appellate counsel in Weiland vs. Gordon, 93 Wash. App. 1078, (1999), Law vs. Pagtaluna, 166 Or. App. 551 (2000), Hill vs. Jawanda Transport, Ltd., 96 Wash. App. 537 (1999), Teja vs. Brar, 106 Wash. App. 1013 (2001), Boyer vs. Robertson, 110 Wash. App. 1028, (2002), and Klotz vs. Dehkhoda, 134 Wn. App. 261, (2006), five of which involved wrongful death suits, and the sixth involving significant claims for personal injury instituted in the U.S. and dismissed to foreign jurisdictions based on forum non conveniens. The dismissals were affirmed on appeal.  He was also trial and co-appellate counsel in Commonwealth Ins. Co. of Am. Vs. Grays Harbor County, 120 Wn. App. 232, 84 P.3d 304 (2004), a successful appellate decision from a declaratory judgment action involving first party coverage and building code upgrade coverage. Mr. Scheer was also trial and appellate counsel in Schutz vs. La Costita III, Inc., 256 Or. App. 573 (2013), which established new law favorable to defendants in a dram shop case.   Mr. Scheer speaks regularly at numerous international and national conferences, and he has appeared on ABC’s Good Morning America, discussing a product liability case in which he was lead counsel. Mr. Scheer has received his “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell,  which is the highest peer based rating indicating very high to preeminent legal abilities and highest ethical rating. Mr. Scheer has been selected multiple times by Washington Law & Politics magazine as a Washington State Super Lawyer, including this year.   Mr. Scheer is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Loss Executive Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Council on Litigation Management, where he is the past co-chair for Washington.  Mr. Scheer is also a member of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers (“WDTL”), where he served four years as a Trustee on the Board of Directors for WDTL and also served as the Chair of the Construction Committee and Chair of the Judicial Liaison Committee.   In addition to his admission to the Washington Bar in 1987, Mr. Scheer is also admitted to practice in Oregon, Idaho and Alaska. He has handled and managed cases in multiple jurisdictions, and he has tried cases and argued appeals in Oregon, Washington and Alaska. Mr. Scheer received his J.D. from the University of Oregon Law School in 1986 and his B.S. in Rhetoric and Communication from the University of Oregon in 1982.

Kellen helps financial institutions, technology companies and other businesses resolve disputes. He works with clients and the opposing side to solve the problem early and efficiently. When litigation can’t be avoided, Kellen is an experienced advocate and represents clients in state and federal courts and arbitration, including first-chair experience and appellate practice.. Kellen’s experience working with financial institutions is wide-reaching. He has defended claims under the UCC, RESPA, TILA, ADA, and consumer protection statutes, among others. Kellen helps clients in loan workout situations, including loan modifications, refinancing and, if necessary, litigation. He also advises on operational and regulatory matters.. Kellen partners with technology companies and other businesses to solve commercial and employment matters, like breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duty, copyright infringements, trade secret misappropriations, and class actions. Kellen has particular expertise negotiating and resolving disputes about non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements.

Jeff is an Associate Attorney in the Seattle office of GLP Attorneys and a member of the firm's Motions and Appellate Practice Department. Jeff received his Juris Doctor from Lewis and Clark Law School in May 2008 where he was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship. While in law school, he received the Outstanding Client Advocacy Award from the Lewis and Clark Legal Clinic for his work representing low-income taxpayers in matters before the Internal Revenue Service. While part of the Clinic, Jeff and another student attorney prevailed at trial helping a low-income client avoid eviction from public housing.. Jeff also received his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law in March 2010.. After law school, Jeff was an Associate Attorney with a plaintiff’s law firm in Bellevue focusing on commercial litigation where he managed hundreds of cases and regularly appeared and successfully argued dispositive motions in courts across Washington State.. Prior to joining GLP Attorneys, Jeff was a Senior Attorney with Moss Adams, LLP in Seattle. In this position he represented clients in hearings and appeals in front of the Internal Revenue Service and state tax boards.. Jeff has also done pro bono work as a volunteer attorney with the University of Washington Federal Tax Clinic, where he represented clients in administrative cases and collection matters before the Internal Revenue Service.. Jeff is a diehard Washington Huskies fan and in his free time he enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and bulldog Stella.

Jacob Flothe received his undergraduate degree in Political Communications from the University of Washington. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law in Camden, New Jersey.  Jacob is the newest Associate at Integrity Law Group, PLLC.  Jacob focuses in civil litigation, particularly he represents clients in Mediation, Bankruptcy litigation and Transactional work.. While in law school Jacob participated in multiple moot court competitions. He also served as an extern for a presiding family court judge, which exposed him to a plethora of domestic issues and gave him insight into how those matters are decided by the courts. Shortly after, Jacob was able to put what he learned to practice at the Camden County Prosecutor’s office where he helped prepare cases for trial, assisted in drafting briefs, and argued motions in open court.. Since being admitted to practice law in Washington, Jacob has focused on transactional work, contractual disputes, and helping distressed homeowners avoid foreclosure.

Ben is a Partner at GLP Attorneys and manages the firm’s Law and Motions Department. With extensive experience in litigation and motions, he has an infectious enthusiasm and deep commitment to securing justice for injured persons.. Before joining our firm in 2019, Ben worked at Vreeland Law PLLC in Bellevue, Washington, practicing in the areas of personal injury, employment, discrimination, sexual misconduct, business torts, and appeals. There, he successfully represented people from all walks of life, holding wrongdoers responsible and recovering millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. He also served the state of Washington as Special Assistant Attorney General, successfully representing a Washington Superior Court and its judges in a constitutional dispute. Prior to joining Vreeland Law, Ben practiced law at Eymann Allison Hunter Jones P.S., in Spokane, Washington, representing plaintiffs with claims of serious injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic property loss.. Ben attended Gonzaga University and obtained a Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of law, graduating with honors and receiving several awards for excellence. He then served as a law clerk to Justice Debra L. Stephens of the Washington State Supreme Court.

Alexander Savojni’s practice is focused on handling construction, surety, and design professional commercial litigation. He is a meticulous and tenacious litigator who has spent large portions of his 20 year career in courtrooms across Washington State.
