Tom is licensed to practice law before The Supreme Court of the United States of America, The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, The U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska, The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, and all courts in the Great States of Washington and Alaska.. When he is not working, you can usually find him with his family enjoying a round of golf, hunting, fishing or just enjoying a relaxing day shooting trap or skeet. On the other hand, he is a licensed pilot so you may have to search the skies.

My practice focuses primarily on estate planning, small business representation, and probate.  I enjoy my practice beause of the long term relationships I build with my clients. I spend time getting to know my clients and the unique circumstances of their lives not just because it helps me develop the most effective and comprehensive plan for my clients' future, but also simply because my clients matter to me. I provide the legal expertise needed to address complex issues of estate and small business law, and strive communicate these issues in a way that allows my clients to understand and fully participate in the legal process.. When I am not at the office, one might find me spending time with my family outdoors, paddleboarding on one of the local lakes, coaching one of my kid's basketball teams, giving an art lesson at an elementary school, or meeting a friend for lunch at one of the local restaurants.

Miko Santos earned his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law and his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Washington. Miko is from San Diego, but he fell in love with the Pacific Northwest with its beautiful scenery and good people. He decided to stay and plant his roots in the area.. Miko focuses his energy and applying his tax training in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, transaction planning and structuring, boundary line disputes, landlord tenant, business formation, contracts, and dispute resolution.
