Welcome to The Legal Justice Center. Over the past twenty years, I have successfully represented thousands of people in criminal cases throughout the state of Florida. I have also represented injured clients, and their loved ones, in personal injury cases who were injured, or killed, because of the fault of another. My goal is, and has always been, the same with each and every case that I take on: “Earn the client’s trust and exceed the client’s expectations!” My passion for pursuing justice on behalf of my clients is stronger than ever. Over the years, I have learned an important truth about obtaining justice: The most important factor determining how a case turns out is the lawyer. The reality is that when it matters most, the right lawyer makes all the difference. That being said, I am often times the very best lawyer for the task at hand. There are times, however, that I conclude that there is a need to either refer a client to another trusted lawyer who is better positioned to ensure justice is obtain, or to bring another lawyer in to co-counsel with me on a particular case to ensure that the end result is a positive one for the client. To that end, I have spent nearly two decades building a network of trusted, experienced, and brilliant attorneys throughout Florida with whom I work with to obtain the justice my clients deserve. In short, if you give me the opportunity to obtain justice for you, I will “earn your trust and exceed your expectations!” Please explore The Legal Justice Center website and call me directly on my personal cell phone @ to discuss your legal situation. I look forward to speaking with you.. Sincerely,Paul Molle

Originally from Buffalo, New York, I relocated to South Florida in 2008 to attend the University of Miami School of Law. While at the University of Miami, I initially clerked for a Miami Dade County Circuit Court Judge, and then spent 18 months at the Miami Dade Public Defender's Office as a certified legal intern. Upon my graduation in the spring of 2011, I sat for and passed the Florida Bar Exam, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in November of 2011. That same month, I began working for the Broward County Public Defender's Office, where I remained until 2013. When I left the Public Defender's Office, I worked for an insurance defense firm that primarily represented one of the largest insurance companies in the world. I quickly realized that representing large insurance companies was not for me, and I began my private practice in 2014. I have been practicing criminal defense and plaintiffs’ personal injury ever since, representing the rights of the accused and injured.

I grew up on Long Island, New York, and earned my undergraduate degree in communications from Michigan State University in 1981. From there, I returned to Long Island where I became involved in the business of commercial real estate. Despite attaining success in this work, I felt unfulfilled as a person. Although I was always a sympathizer for the underdog and the downtrodden, I found myself having an increased desire to become more actively involved with reaching out and assisting good people being bulldozed by the system.. I decided to do something about the void I was experiencing. I had a deep desire to prevent injustices and I felt a calling to prevent the government’s abuse of authority. I decided to pursue this calling by becoming an attorney.. I attended Nova Southeastern Law School (originally named Nova Law School) in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with the intention of becoming a criminal defense lawyer upon receiving my degree. I graduated law school in 1986 and was immediately hired as a public defender in Broward County, Florida. It was there that I was able to hone my skills as a trial attorney and gain invaluable experience representing individuals charged with virtually crime imaginable. In my thirteen year tenure as a public defender, I was the lead attorney in over seventy-five jury trials, both misdemeanors and felonies, from DUI's to first degree murders.Upon leaving the Public Defender's Office in 1999, I opened my own law office. I have continued to represent clients at virtually every level in the criminal justice system, both in state and federal court, over the past sixteen years in private practice.. I have now been a criminal defense lawyer, and a champion of justice, for almost three decades. My passion for defending the accused has never diminished and has continued to flourish. To this day I fight to defend those in need of protection from a system that often times seems to have run amuck. I work tirelessly to make every effort imaginable to obtain for my clients a second chance. I personally assure each and every client that I represent that they will receive high energy, aggressive and passionate representation, and that they will always be able to contact their attorney.. I take pride in my close and regular communication with my clients, thorough investigations of every case, and an aggressive and zealous protection of my client's rights. Once you become my client, work will commence immediately in order to ensure that you have the best chance possible for a successful resolution of all your criminal charges. My level of success over the years speaks for itself as does my reputation in the legal community as a tough and fearless warrior who goes to the front line and into the trenches whenever necessary to attain a successful result for my client.

I am a trial lawyer, with roughly over thirteen years experience in the courtroom. I know that if you are looking for a criminal defense lawyer for yourself or a loved one, you are seeking results. Furthermore, if you do not have confidence in your lawyer, you will never have confidence in the results he obtains for you. I have numerous positive outcomes at trial, and I have negotiated hundreds of plea agreements, many of which have been remarkable in their own right. I also have a notable record of dismissals, as a result of search or confession challenges under the Fourth and Fifth Amendments. Most importantly I can be reached 24/7 – I believe that if you spend your money on an attorney you should have access to him at all hours of the day. Therefore, I give all my clients my cell phone number so I can be reached any day at any time. Since 2001, I have devoted my law practice to defending people against criminal charges in Federal and State Court of Florida, concentrating on Broward, Palm Beach and Dade County
