Thank you for taking the time to view my Avvo profile, and congratulations on taking the first step to overcoming the obstacles in your life. Since 2012, I have practiced exclusively in the area of criminal defense. I devote my professional life to helping people of all backgrounds overcome the legal obstacles they are facing. I work tirelessly to provide my clients with the guidance required to protect their interests and help them move forward with dignity. I handle all types of criminal cases from misdemeanors to complex "white collar" financial crimes, and everything in between.. I am an avid firearm enthusiast and staunch second amendment supporter. In this capacity, I have the pleasure of serving South Florida as a referral attorney for both the National Rifle Association and the Second Amendment Foundation.

“I handled an appeal from one of Zach's cases. An an appellate attorney, it's critical that the trial attorney made the proper arguments and preserved the record. Zach did a great job doing just that. Unfortunately, the trial judge got it wrong. It happens. But on appeal, the court found that Zach's arguments were correct, and we prevailed. That wouldn't have been possible without Zach's hard work, dedication, and great lawyering at the trial court level.”
