I grew up in Osceola, Indiana and graduated from Penn High School; after graduation I attended Purdue University double majoring in Criminal Justice and Psychology and received a minor in Forensic Science. While at Purdue, I was a member of the Forensics Club, the Psychology Club, and member of Theta Chi Fraternity.. After graduating from Purdue, I attended Michigan State University College of Law. During law school, I was a member of the Michigan State wrestling club and a frequent volunteer at the Boys and Girls Club of America..
