With a career spanning more than 35 years and combining public sector law with a general civil practice, Flynn has served business clients, municipalities, water districts, and electric cooperatives in Spartanburg and Cherokee Counties, as well as throughout the Upstate. I have been actrive in the South Carolina Bar serving as President of the  Young Lawyers Division over all lawyers under 35 years of age; as a member of the Board of Governors, a member of the House of Delegates and on the Supreme Court Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization..
