Dr. Fairborn is both a patent attorney and an eye doctor.  He earned his doctorate from one of the world's leading universities - the University of California, Berkeley in 1989. He also earned a bachelors degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a second bachelors degree from the California State University where he graduated with highest honors.
