Matt Foreman is a second generation Floridian raised in Spring Hill, Florida. His educational background includes attending and graduating from Stetson University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies and a minor in Family Business.  He subsequently received his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2008, where he was a recipient of the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award.  The Florida Bar admitted Matt to practice law in 2008 and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.. While in law school, Matt was a research assistant to Professor Peter F. Lake in the Center for Excellence in Higher Education Law and Policy, where he annually served as one of Professor Lake's assistants at the National Conference on Law and Higher Education.  Matt also had the opportunity to serve as a legal intern to the Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel for the entities that comprise Minor League Baseball at MiLB headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida.. I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. After graduation I worked for the State of Florida as a certified investigator, before deciding to pursue a law degree.  In my opinion, my experience working with clients in the social services area has afforded me the ability to communicate with my clients in a manner that puts my clients at ease.. I have also represented businesses and individuals in mass tort type actions.  Specifically, those businesses and individuals who suffered financially because of the BP oil spill. This work included analyzing business trends, negotiating with the GCCF and the Deepwater Horizon and making sure clients received the compensation they deserved.. Coleman is a native of Hernando County being born and raised in the Nature Coast area. He was the first graduating class at Bishop Mclaughlin Catholic High School in Pasco County, Florida. Coleman obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Economics from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama.. Following his undergraduate studies, Coleman earned his Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law.. After graduating from the University of Florida in 1993 with my law degree, I immediately began my legal career as a prosecutor in Hernando County. I handled many different types of criminal matters, including felonies, misdemeanors, traffic cases and juvenile offenders. During my career as a prosecutor, I was also specifically appointed to specialize in the prosecution of cases involving sexual offenses and domestic violence. In 2005,  I decided to expand on my legal experience, and stepped out into the civil arena, where I began handling family law matters, and representing individuals who had been charged with criminal offenses. Finally, I established the Law Firm of Nicole S. Klapka  in 2007 with myself as the principal/solo attorney. I have been a judge presiding over youth court, been asked to speak publicly on a number of occasions, and been appointed as an attorney/guardian ad litem to investigate parenting issues in certain family law matters.
