Although Senior Defense Counsels are not typically expected to try cases, Ernesto broke the mold, trying a number of courts-martial as the Senior Defense Counsel, and achieving a high-rate of success in an incredibly high number of contested trials. Ernesto also achieved a full acquittal in another highly-publicized contested rape case that resulted in a full acquittal. In a dramatic turn of events, Ernesto’s cross-examination of the accuser resulted in a revelation that she was the perpetrator of a burglary of the home of the accused. The client in this case successfully obtained his Medical Board benefits due to injuries from an I.E.D., and successfully and voluntarily retired from an honorable 14-year career.. When Ernesto was in the military, he also served as an appointed Part-Time Military Magistrate. His function was to preside over pre-trial confinement hearings and to render decisions on whether probable cause existed. He alone determined whether the factors were present that required the pre-trial confinement of an accused. Ernesto also analyzed investigation files to determine the legality of the issuance of search and seizure warrants. As a Part-Time Military Magistrate, it was Ernesto’s duty to balance the facts presented, analyze witness statements and allegations and to render whether or not probable cause to conduct a search and seizure is warranted. Having held the position of a Part-Time Military Magistrate, and having been trained by a Military Judge prior to his appointment, Ernesto is especially skilled in drafting Motions to Suppress or any motions to the Military Court seeking to suppress illegally obtained evidence.. Mr. Smith focuses on the professional and personal legal needs of small business owners; his broad client list includes entrepreneurs, local banks, software companies, physicians, contractors, real estate developers and hotel and restaurant owners.  Estate Planning is a primary component of Mr. Smith’s practice.  Business owners and individuals have entrusted Mr. Smith for over fifteen years to handle their affairs and help them accomplish their specific goals to protect themselves and their families.  Prior to the practice of law Mr. Smith had 8 years of complex commercial transaction and real estate experience outside of the legal profession.  This experience formed his unique perspective on the practice of law which gave him a fundamental understanding of the client experience when dealing with law firms and lawyers.

Born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, I enjoy the outdoors and am a life-long athlete. I have served my country for the past eleven years as a JAG officer, and although I am fiercely competitive, I understand that everyone has their own definition of what it means to "win" when it comes to interpersonal conflict and litigation. It is important to me that my clients understand what is going on in their case and why; where they are at and where they are going. I do not have associates so my clients deal directly with me and my paralegal, Gabrielle. My goal is to get my clients from point A to point B (wherever that may be for them) as quickly, easily and cheaply as possible, with the understanding that sometimes cases are not very quick or easy or cheap if there are difficult personalities or issues involved.

Benjamin Campbell is the owner and attorney at the Campbell Law Firm where he focuses his practice in Family and Criminal Law. He received both his Bachelor’s degree in Trumpet Performance and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri in Kansas City. The Campbell Law Firm provides legal services for individuals in all stages of life. This includes criminal defense, divorce, child custody, estate planning and medicaid applications. variety of employment-related areas, including sexual harassment,
wage/hour laws, compliance with the ADA, FMLA and Workers' Compensation
laws, proper workplace documentation, and how to lawfully hire, fire and
discipline employees; developing and reviewing employer policies,
procedures, personnel manuals, affirmative action plans and other

state and federal courts in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Attorney Sam Coring is a native of Springfield, Missouri and a graduate of Springfield Catholic Schools. He attended college and law school at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., where he also worked for eight years as a Legislative Aide and Press Secretary to U.S. Representative Mel Hancock (R-MO).  He previously served as a Press Secretary Intern to U.S. Representative Dick Armey (R-TX).  In 1994 and 1995, Mr. Coring was Editor In Chief of Judicial Notice, a law school student publication.  In 1996, Mr. Coring was the Republican nominee for State Representative in Missouri's 136th District, but he did not prevail in the general election contest.  In 1998, Attorney Coring entered the private practice of law at a firm ultimately known as RGG Law.  He was elevated to Partner in 2004.  During his years of private practice, Attorney Coring has served tenures as City Prosecutor for both Willard, Missouri and Walnut Grove, Missouri.  In 2016, RGG Law merged with Parmele Law Firm (PLF), where Attorney Coring has focused 100 percent of his legal practice on Social Security Disability law.  He has represented thousands of disabled workers and veterans in Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, Illinois and Oklahoma.  In addition to his license to practice law in the State of Missouri, he is recognized and licensed to practice law before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, the Central and Southern Districts of Illinois, the Eastern District of Oklahoma, and the District of Kansas.  Attorney Coring was Plaintiff's Counsel in the 2007 case of Leckenby v. Astrue heard by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.  Sam Coring married Deborah Thomas on January 15, 2005 and he is the father of two wonderful step-children, Elizabeth and Jesse.  He served as a Den Leader for Cub Scout Pack 214 and enjoyed coaching youth baseball through the YMCA when his son Jesse was younger.  He has served on the advisory boards for Childrens Miracle Network and Legal Services of Southern Missouri.  He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association.  He is also a former Chairman of the SMBA's Social Security Disablity Law Committee.  PLF is a Member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR).
