Over the past 2 decades of working in social security disability law, I believe my primary duty as a disability attorney is not to guarantee I will win every case, but to guarantee that I will always fight to win each case. I believe this can be done in a respectful manner, however, it is my goal that our Firm provides compassionate and zealous advocacy for every single client who gives us the opportunity to represent him or her.. Before starting his private practice as a disability attorney, Mr. Parmele worked with the Social Security Administration as a Senior Staff Attorney. He worked directly with the Administrative Law Judges (ALJs), helping them determine who would receive benefits and who would not. Often, he alone would bear the burden of issuing decisions for claimants. For years, Mr. Parmele witnessed firsthand the difficulties that worthy people faced as they tried to get Social Security disability benefits for themselves and their hurting families.. In 1995, Mr. Parmele started his private practice so that he could put his knowledge of the Social Security system to work to help the disabled of America. Since that time, he has worked as a disability attorney on behalf of Social Security claimants and their claims.. Mr. Parmele has a strong faith in God that has changed his life. He has founded his firm on biblical principles such as genuine trust in Christ, hope, care, compassion, fairness, honesty, justice, and taking up the fight for those in need.

I am a trial attorney who is passionate about representing patients and families who have been victims of poor medical treatment. They deserve a voice. And unfortunately, healthcare providers many times fail to advocate on behalf of their patients. I find it to be rewarding to be a patient advocate in times where doctors and nurses fail to do so. Patients and their families deserve medical care that meets or exceeds the requisite standard of care.. Aside from medical malpractice cases, I have an active trial practice in other areas including personal injury, business, municipal and agricultural litigation. There are some occasions that litigants need representation beyond trial and at the appellate level. Ms. Dodge enjoys representing clients at the appellate level as it requires strong research and writing skills. Advocacy in writing is key.

How does your service stand out?. I am David Ransin, I handle serious cases where innocent people have lost their lives or suffered life changing injuries. For over 30 years, I have found purpose in my work each day fighting for the hardworking people in our community. So I truly hope you never need my services, but if you know someone who does, I would appreciate it if you kept me in mind. There are many great law firms that handle personal injury law in Missouri. At Ransin Injury Law, one of the main separation points from our peers is that when you hire Ransin Injury Law to handle your case, you will be working exclusively with me. Why is this important? Experience and focus are two extremely significant attributes you need displayed by your attorney. I have dedicated the last 33 years of my practice solely to personal injury cases. This focus and experience allow our clients to receive the highest level of expertise and knowledge for their case, as well as having the advantage of working with an experienced attorney, never an associate attorney.. What do you enjoy about the work you do?. My clients are more important than the money I make fighting for them. I work with clients who care more about getting back to their lives, rather than focusing on getting a big 'payday' from their case. This doesn't mean that I am not focused on getting the best economic results for my clients (I do), but my 'bottom line' is not a number, it is people. That is why I work with reasonable clients who prioritize their health and happiness over money.. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?. We Put You First. At Ransin Injury Law we bring a unique perspective to the attorney client relationship with honest and responsive communication delivering solid results. In our initial meeting I will either come to you if you are unable to travel or you can meet with me at my office. We will sit down for at least an hour where I will explain this process, get to personally know you and your family and give you an idea of how much your case is worth.. We work hard for YOU:. Do you have a standard pricing system for your service?. If you or a loved one has been injured in an accident, then it never hurts to consult an attorney to help you. My time is free, I would like to invite you to meet with me, where I will educate you and your family on what you should with your accident claim, how much your case may be worth and most importantly how best to protect your legal rights and not be taken advantage of by the insurance companies. When you hire Ransin Injury Law you pay nothing upfront. We only get paid when you get paid. You will pay nothing until we successfully resolve your case.
