Anthony. Katchen, Esq., is a former Assistant District Attorney for the Office of the Richmond County District Attorney's Office in Staten Island, New York. As a prosecutor, Mr. Katchen worked in the Criminal Court Bureau as well as the esteemed and elite Sex Crimes/Special Victims Bureau.
