My practice is concentrated in all forms of bankruptcy law and debt counseling. I practice in all Chapters-7,11,12,&13. I have broad experience in all facets of bankruptcy and insolvency issues. I have been practicing in this area for 22 years.

I have been an attorney for just over twenty years, all spent practicing criminal law. The first thirteen years of my career were spent as an Assistant State's Attorney in the Cook County State's Attorney's office. During my years as a prosecutor, I became familiar not only with how the ciminal justice system operates, but also how police departments, and the police themselves, operate.
