Seth Elin, a partner in the firm, joined Keches & Mallen, P.C. in 1999. Prior to joining Keches & Mallen, Mr. Elin practiced law at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. He began his career at a prominent employment litigation law firm where he practiced in the field of employment and discrimination law.. From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Elin was the Co-Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association subcommittee on Worker's Compensation, a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys subcommittee on Worker's Compensation and a member of the Employees Rights and Responsibilities Practice Group. Outside of the law, I live in Bristol County with my wife,an art teacher, and son, a high school student.  We have two Bernese Mountain dogs that I enjoy hiking with.  I have been lucky to coach my son's aau basketball team for years and other in the past other sports.. I had Hodgkin's Lympho and have done the PMC ride for Dana Farber for many years.  I also enjoy kayaking and reading.

Melinda J. Kwart's practice includes business and corporate law, real estate and estate planning. Ms. Silva was born in Worcester, MA in 1972, and grew up in Westborough, MA. Upon graduation from Westborough High School in 1990, she attended the University of New Hampshire. She graduated with honors in 1993 and began attending Tufts University to pursue her master’s degree in occupational therapy. Ms. Silva worked at Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in Westborough as the occupational therapy supervisor for many years before deciding to attend law school. In 2005, she graduated from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, MA. She now lives in Westborough, MA with her husband and two children.. While attending law school she had the opportunity to work for Leonard Y. Nason, P.C., a small workers compensation law firm that handles both defense and plaintiff cases. Upon graduation, she began working for Arruda and Beaudoin, L.L. P. representing clients nationwide in their pursuit for Social Security disability benefits.
