In addition to family law, I have handled estate planning for several years.  I received the Book Award for Trust and Estates in law school.  We are very reasonably priced.  For basic Wills, we charge $200 per individual, and $300 per couple.  For this flat fee, in addition to your Will, you would also receive a health care surrogate, living will, preneed guardianship form, and power of attorney, if desired.  I would be honored to assist you and your family in your estate planning affiairs.. If a loved one passes away and he or she had assets in just his or her name, a probate will be necessary.  Lawyers are required for probate.  We are very efficient with probate and generally charge by the hour instead of taking a percentage.  Our fees are usually much lower than anyone charging a flat percentage.  I would be honored to assist you in your probate matter.

Lindsay C. T. Holt was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, but has spent the majority of her life in Florida. After graduating from Leesburg High School, Lindsay attended Florida State University where she earned her A.A. degree before transferring to Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. From Flagler, Ms. Holt earned degrees in Political Science and Psychology. Lindsay attended law school at Stetson University College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2007. While at Stetson, Lindsay was the recipient of the Victor O. Wehle award for her trial advocacy skills.. Lindsay most enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh Holt, and their daughter, Ella. Jeffery M. Pfister, a native Lake County resident, was born in Leesburg, Florida. He graduated in the Leesburg High School Class of 1971, and attended the University of Notre Dame in Southbend, Indiana for his undergraduate degree. Upon receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree, Jeffery M. Pfister moved back to his home state where he attended Florida State University Law School. Projected to graduate law school in May of 1978, Jeffery M. Pfister exhibited his motivation and drive through completion of nine straight semesters, achieving his law degree ahead of his class; graduating with the class of December 1977.. Jefrrey-PAfter graduation from Florida State University Law School, Jeffery M. Pfister was admitted to the Florida Bar upon completion of the Bar Exam in February of 1978; passing the strenuous exam on his first attempt. Frank Remsen, the firm founder and Native Floridian, was born at Homestead Air Force Base in Homestead, Florida, and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. He attended Florida Atlantic University where he obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and International Business. While at FAU, he was an active member of Delta Sigma Pi, an international business fraternity.. After obtaining his undergraduate degree, Frank entered St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida.
