Lee J. He also routinely appears before the state’s Office of Administrative Hearings to defend clients facing license suspension or revocation due to excessive points or refusal to submit to breathalyzer tests. In Maryland's criminal courts, Mr. Eidelberg is also frequently engaged to defend clients charged with assault, domestic violence, bad checks, shoplifting, theft, CDS and /illegal drug possession and other criminal offenses..
