All told, Josh has prosecuted or defended more than 200 criminal trials, including more than 150 jury trials. On the first day of law school, they asked why were there. I replied that "I've always wanted to find out what was behind the wizard's curtain." Since that day, I have continued in my pursuit of knowledge and have been fascinated to learn that the law is an ever changing thing. It is shaped and molded by those that study and apply it. My first passion is being in the court room. I understand that listening to my cleints and being their voice is my main job as an advocate for the rights of my clients. I have worked hard to earn the reputation of being The Proven Fighter. I will continue to tirelessly work to protect the rights of my clients in and out of the courtroom.. Nicole practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, business and real estate law.  She received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 1992 and her J.D. from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State where she graduated cum laude in 1996.  Following graduation, Nicole and her husband David moved to East Lansing, where Nicole practiced as a partner until 2009. In the summer of 2009, Nicole, David, their daughter, Natalie and son, Jake had an opportunity to move “North” and now reside in Williamsburg.  Nicole currently serves as the vice president of the Elk Rapids School Board. Mark R.
