Joel A. DeFelice was born in Leominster, Massachusetts and now resides in Ellington, Connecticut. He received a Bachelor's and Master's Degree from The American University, School of Public Affairs in Washington, D.C., where Joel was a Dean's Scholarship Recipient from 1994 - 1998. Joel received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2006.. Joel is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, and the Tolland County Bar Association. He was President of the Tolland County Bar Association for the 2014-2015 term..
