From there I decided to stay at Old Dominion University and work on my Master's Degree in Urban Studies & Planning because I was interested in how government could make people's lives better through adaptive reuse and redevelopment.. Upon obtaining my Master's Degree in Urban Studies & Planning I went to work for the City of Williamsburg as a Zoning Officer and helped the city manage a huge growth in real estate development in the late 1990's.. I graduated from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law in 2003. I then had the good fortune of obtaining a year-long Clerkship with the Judges in the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth. It was a great honor to work for such a great court and hard-working staff..
