Whitney High School in 1988, College of the Sequoias - Visalia in 1992, California State Dominguez Hills in 1995 and from Whittier Law School in 1999). He began practicing law in the Los Angeles area in 2000 before returning to Visalia in 2007, where he has lived and practice since..
