Thereafter, I was the Finance Manager of Intrinsity, Inc., an Austin, Texas designer of high-performance microprocessors, where I developed and maintained the company’s business plan financials and assisted in efforts to raise venture capital funding.

Jeffrey Armstrong has a broad practice that includes business organizations, business litigation, probate litigation, and family law. As both a certified public accountant and an attorney, he is uniquely qualified to advise his clients on both transactions as well as litigation. Daniel Hare is a dedicated professional based out of Waco, Texas, who assists clients throughout the state in the areas of wills, estate planning and probate.  He currently serves as Director of Employer Relations for Baylor Law School.. Daniel graduated from Baylor Law School in 2009, after earning undergraduate and graduate degrees in business from the University of Oklahoma.  He worked for a number of years in intercollegiate athletics, including for Baylor University and, most recently, as the Director of Athletics at Western Oregon University.  He currently serves as the Director of Employer Relations at Baylor Law School.. Daniel is involved in the Waco community through a wide variety of organizations and efforts.  He is an active member and volunteer at Antioch Community Church, where he also works with elementary school students through the STARS program.  Daniel is a mentor through the LEAD program of the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Judge Abner V.
