I also regularly advise clients with regard to nonprofit law, corporate and partnership formation and planning, commercial contracts, and acquisitions and dispositions of businesses.. Prior to law school, I held the position of Senior Associate in the Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance Group, where my business consulting practice was principally focused on the valuation of business entities and corporate merger and acquisition advisory. Thereafter, I was the Finance Manager of Intrinsity, Inc., an Austin, Texas designer of high-performance microprocessors, where I developed and maintained the company’s business plan financials and assisted in efforts to raise venture capital funding.
